Kathryn Cordeiro


Kathryn Cordeiro is a consultant specializing in capture management and gathering strategic intelligence to provide clients with information critical to understanding their competitors and expanding their market share. She has extensive experience in supply chain analysis and costing assessment.


Since 2005, Ms. Cordeiro has been Managing Partner for KPinC Consulting where she works with a variety of clients to help them meet their business development and organizational goals via comprehensive market assessments. She has been involved in the development of organizational and programmatic documentation to assist companies in focusing their resources and aligning processes to outcome expectations.


Over the course of her career, Ms. Cordeiro has been involved with and consulted on proposal teams winning over $2 billion in government contracts. In 2009 alone, Ms. Cordeiro worked on proposal teams winning over $30 million for clients to provide products and services to a variety of Government agencies. She has submitted proposals to multiple federal agencies including Tank-automotive Command (TACOM), U.S. Air Force, Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), and Defense Advanced Research and Policy Agency (DARPA). She has also developed programmatic documentation for commercial clients to assure they are successful in fulfilling programmatic, contractual and organizational requirements.


Ms. Cordeiro holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts, a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance. She is currently working with Business Enterprise Development Corporation (BEDCO) in New Hampshire to develop a seminar series focused on introducing local small businesses to the Government Procurement process. She has a current secret clearance.
