Kirsten has 15 years of experience developing B2B marketing strategies, creating and executing integrated marketing communications programs, leading market and customer research, brand building, PR and event planning.


She is an experienced, marketing and business executive with demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives to drive bottom-line results. Kirsten served as VP – Marketing Communications for Oshkosh Corporation [NYSE: OSK], a Fortune 400 company. She directed marketing communications strategy, multi-tiered marketing initiatives, branding, public relations, product launches and customer research for 13 brands in 10 specialty truck markets, including fire and emergency, municipal, defense and construction. Specifically, Kirsten led development of Oshkosh Defense branding, and execution of integrated marketing communications, PR and crisis communications. She also served as Vice President – Global Marketing for JLG Industries, a $3.1 billion construction equipment manufacturer. In that position, she led the global marketing team, strategies and communications to expand channels to market, enhance international market penetration and increase product line profitability.


More recently, Kirsten acted as marketing consultant/interim executive leader for United Rental's marketing department and program. United Rentals is the largest equipment rental company in the world.
